The apartments were completed and handed over in January 2014.

The complex was built in a quiet residential area in the centre of Lotzorai, just a few hundred metres from the beach. All major services, such as the market, pizzeria and bar, are accessible on foot or by bike.

The building comprises six apartments, three on the first floor and three on the second floor.
The apartments have large terraces, a covered parking area on the ground floor and a large shared inner courtyard.
